Kitchen Sink Granola

Literally throw all ingredients (rolled oats, chia seeds, hemp seeds, dried cherries/golden berries, walnuts/pecans, honey, ghee/coconut oil, salt, orange zest, vanilla) into a bowl & mix well until everything is evenly coated. Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190°C). Halfway through baking, press down the granola with a rubber spatula to encourage it to stick together, and you can toss it if desired. Once baked, let it sit out overnight covered to cool completely and set before breaking it apart in the morning.
