Aquarian Sparkle Splash Mocktail

Add 1/4 cup fresh blueberries to a blender with 2oz coconut water and blend until puree forms. Strain twice into a glass. Then, to a shaker, add a small handful of mint (express it by slapping it a few times!), 3oz of blueberry puree, 1oz lime juice, 0.5-1oz maple syrup (depending on desired sweetness), and 4oz coconut water. If using spirulina, add a big scoop into your 4oz coconut water and froth before adding into the shaker. Then, add ice to the shaker and shake until chilled. Grab your glass and add mint + fresh blueberries to the bottom. Pour in your drink. Once it reaches about 3/4 height, top off with sparkling water. Garnish with mint and limes. Enjoy!
