Thursday mid-morning calls for a booch MOCKTAIL! I've been making mocktails everyday to keep me fun and a little less insane. I love sipping on them as I finish work, when I talk to friends, or after I get home from my daily walk. Highly recommend jumping on the ~bev girl~ train if you need a mood pick me up!

What you need

1 fresh ginger

1 fl oz sparkling water

1 ½ lime

1 bunch berry mix

Instructions

Start by peeling ginger and finely dicing it. Cut limes into slices. Leave the smallest two for the rim of the glass, quarter the rest of the slices and add ginger + lemon to a tall mason jar filled with ice. Wash berries + cut. Add sparkling water to mason jar + top off with berries. Shake jar and pour evenly into glasses. Top off with @brewdr superberry kombucha. Add lime to rim. ENJOY!
