Earl Grey Tea & Mango Mocktail

At least 1 hour before drinking/serving, start by brewing your earl grey tea. Place two tea bags in a heat-safe glass and pour in 1 cup of hot water followed by 2 cups of room temperature water. Let it steep for 20 minutes, then remove the tea bags and chill the tea in the fridge for at least an hour, or up to a couple of days.

While tea is chilling, slice your mango into chunks. Then, add chunks to a blender along with the chilled tea. Blend until fully mixed, then strain the mixture twice to remove any sediment.

To serve, fill a glass with ice and pour in the earl grey mango tea. Top it off with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of mango. Enjoy!
