Festive Chocolate Spoons

Start by melting your chocolate. To a saucepan, add about a tablespoon of coconut oil on low heat. When it’s just about melted, add 1/4 cup chopped chocolate in. Do this twice: once for dark chocolate, once for white. Stir continuously as the chocolate starts to melt. Once it’s fully melted and smooth, transfer to a small bowl or pouring glass and let cool. (You can also skip the coconut oil and just use a double boiler!). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and dip your wooden spoons into the chocolate, immediately laying them flat onto the baking tray. Once all spoons have been dipped, you can add your toppings! Then, place in the freezer for about 15 minutes until hardened. Store covered in the fridge for up to a week! Dip in chocolate, espresso, or just eat them like a lollipop!
