Green Tea Mint Mojito

Melt fresh mint leaves into an ice cube tray and set overnight. Cold-brew green tea; you can buy this at the store, or steep green tea into hot water and place in the fridge until fully chilled. Cut a couple of lime wedges and coat the rim of your glass with sugar (organic raw cane sugar was used). Slice and add about 4 crescent shaped lime slices into the bottom of each glass along with 5-7 mint leaves in each. Add 1 tsp sugar to each glass and middle mint/lime/sugar. Add enough green tea to fill 3/4 of the glass. Add rum. Top off with soda water and ice. Garnish with lime. Makes 2 drinks. Enjoy!
