Herby Snap Pea Chopped Salad

Add snap peas, mint, basil, and dates to a cutting board and chop them thoroughly. Add the chopped ingredients to a bowl with thinly sliced fennel, cheese, and pine nuts. For the dressing, add olive oil, white wine vinegar, fish sauce, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix everything up well and then throw it over some yogurt. Enjoy with crackers, bread, or on its own!
