Iced Fog Nog

Steep and chill your Earl Grey tea. In a bowl, use an immersion blender to froth the egg until light. Blend in the maple syrup or sugar. Gradually add the milk while continuing to blend, then add the cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg, blending until fully combined. Pour the chilled tea into the milk mixture and stir well. Serve over ice. For the topping, whip the heavy cream with extra nutmeg and maple syrup until desired consistency is reached. Spoon the whipped cream on top of the iced fog nog and enjoy!
