INTRODUCING: THE MILLENNIAL GRILLED CHEESE (aka the sweet & spicy)

preheat oven to 350. lay prosciutto on baking sheet parchment and bake for 12-15 min, until crispy. meanwhile, coat one side of each piece of bread with butter + mayo. cut slices of cheese. flip the bread so the butter side is on the outside. add cheese + meat to one slice of bread. add pepper jelly to the other. heat butter in a saucepan on medium heat. add sandwich to pan and flip when it’s browned (or burnt like mine lol). remove from pan, cut down the middle + enjoyyyyy.
