Kitchen Sink Green Dream Mocktail

Add cucumber slices, parsley, lime and ginger to a blender. Blend until smooth. Strain the blended mixture 2-3 times until no sediment remains. To a shaker, add green mixture, honey and ice. Shake until chilled. If using cucumber juice, combine it with lime juice and sweetener in a shaker. Fill a glass with ice. Strain the drink over the ice. Enjoy! Optionally, garnish glass with citrus salt (lime zest+salt). You can also freeze cucumber slices inside of ice cubes or add thin cucumber slices to the side of the glass.
