Chill your glass after adding sugar to the rim. To a shaker, add maple syrup, ACV (optional), and lemon juice. Shake with ice. Add ice into your cocktail glass, then add lemons and fresh mint to garnish. Pour your lemonade mixture (from the shaker) to about 1/3 full in the glass. Then top off with catnip or mint tea until almost full, and finish it off with some sparkling water.
