Mistletoe Margarita Mocktail

First, prepare your holiday ice cubes by freezing cranberry, pomegranate, or tart cherry juice with fresh rosemary sprigs and fresh cranberries inside. Next, make the cranberry simple syrup: combine equal parts cranberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan. Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain the syrup and allow it to cool completely.

To make the Mistletoe Margarita Mocktail: add 1 ounce of lime juice and 1 ounce of the cooled cranberry simple syrup to a glass. Place a holiday ice cube into the glass and top with sparkling water.

To make a Spritz (alternative): Add a holiday ice cube to a glass and top with sparkling water or your favorite ginger or lemon soda.
