Instructions

For the jammy egg: Add the egg to boiling water for around 7 minutes and 15-30 seconds. When done, pour out the hot water and run the egg under cold water for about a minute. Peel immediately. (Alternatively, let the egg sit in an ice bath for 5 minutes and then rest for 15 minutes).

For assembly: Toast your bread. Add plain yogurt to a plate and throw some jam on top. Cut a nice slab of butter and put it on one piece of toast with salt. On another piece of toast, add 1/2 avocado, some lime, salt, and pepper. Add salt and pepper to your jammy egg as well. Enjoy!
