Nuts n Bolts Treats

In a large pot, melt the butter over low heat. Once melted, stir in the honey. Add the large marshmallows and cook, stirring constantly, until fully melted and smooth. Pour in the kix, rice chex, honey o’s, crushed pretzels, and peanuts. Stir until everything is evenly coated in the marshmallow mixture. Turn off the heat and remove the pot from the stove. If using mini marshmallows, fold them in now for extra texture. Pour the mixture into a 9x11-inch pan (or an 8x8 if you want a super tall, bakery-style bar). Tip: lightly wet your hands and press the mixture down to create an even top. Let set for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Remove from the pan and cut into squares.
