Palo Santo Refresher

Slice your cucumber and add to a mason jar. Pour cold water over cucumber and allow it to infuse for anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour. When you’re ready to make your drink, add salt to the rim. Take a palo santo stick, light it, and stick your glass over it upside down for a couple of seconds, then air it out. This will add a hint of palo santo essence to every sip. Add ice to your glass. Pour in your lime juice and top with cucumber water. Enjoy!
