Saturday Morning Collagen Matcha Latte

Fill your glass with ice. Fill up the glass halfway with half water and half milk. Add more milk to a steamer/frother and turn it on. While it’s mixing, add in the matcha and collagen, then close the top. When done, pour the matcha mixture into the glass. Add some raw honey if you like it sweet.

**If you don’t have a frother:** heat milk in a saucepan and use an electric hand frother to whisk your matcha into the milk while it’s warm.
