Simple Pasta with Spicy Chicken Sausage and Mozzarella

Bring salted water to a boil. In the meantime, broil the spicy chicken sausage on high for 8-10 minutes, turning twice to ensure even cooking. Cook the pasta for 7-9 minutes (or to your desired al dente). Drain the pasta and add it to a mixing bowl. Add the canned diced tomatoes and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Plate a portion for yourself and garnish with more salt, a drizzle of olive oil, mini mozzarella balls, fresh basil, and freshly cracked pepper.
