A mocktail that makes you feel wrapped up in your warmest sweater while still welcoming the refreshing chill in the air. You haaaave to make this. An ode to a cocktail I tried at Burma Love - it turned out completely different but just as incredible!

What you need

ice

rosemary

1 bunch rosemary

lemon zest

ground clove

1 tsp ground clove

honey

1 fl oz honey

guava juice

2 fl oz guava juice

pineapple juice

1 fl oz pineapple juice

egg white

whiskey

2 fl oz whiskey

lime juice

2 fl oz lime juice

Instructions

Sprinkle cloves into your honey, mix, and add to a shaker. Don’t skip this step, it’s so good! Zest some lemon into your shaker and add lime juice, NA whiskey, pineapple juice, guava juice, and 1 egg white. Shake for 30 seconds with NO ice – this will help it froth! Then, add ice and shake again. Pour it up in a glass and add rosemary to garnish!
