The Best Spring Chopped Salad 🌸

Start by making your walnut vinaigrette. Add all vinaigrette ingredients except olive oil to a blender or immersion blender container. Blend until pureed a bit. Slowly add the olive oil as you continue to blend. Add warm water tablespoon by tablespoon (approximately 3 tablespoons are suggested) to reach a desired dressing consistency, ensuring it doesn't become too thin. Let the dressing rest in the fridge. Then, add the chopped chicories, walnuts, green apple, radish, dill, and kumquats to a large bowl. Add the prepared dressing on top and mix everything together. Enjoy!
