Tummy Tonic Fizz

Slice your ginger, squeeze fresh lime, and cube cantaloupe. To a blender, add cubed cantaloupe, sliced ginger, and 1/2 cup water. Blend until smooth. Strain 2-3 times until you are left with juice without pulp. You should have about 1 cup juice in total - to make more, just add more cantaloupe and water.

To a shaker, add 1oz maple syrup & mint - muddle. Then, add 10oz cantaloupe juice + ginger juice, lime juice and ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a Breville InFizz bottle to carbonate the juice. In another Breville InFizz bottle, carbonate water. Garnish a drinking glass with citrus salt.

To your glass, add ice and fill halfway with your carbonated cocktail. Top off with carbonated water. Mix and enjoy!
