Warm Pumpkin Quinoa Bowl

Add (rinsed) quinoa, milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, hemp seeds (listed as chia in original instructions), and collagen to a saucepan. Mix and bring to a boil, then turn heat to low. Add pumpkin puree and mix again. Cover and simmer for approximately 15-20 minutes or until all liquid is soaked up. Remove from heat and fluff up quinoa. Add butter and fluff until melted. Cover and let it sit (no heat) for about 10 minutes. Place 1/2 cup cooked quinoa in a bowl and add toppings! Drizzle extra maple syrup if you want it sweeter. You can also add milk to make it feel more like cereal. Enjoy!
