Warm Quinoa Bowl

Add rinsed quinoa, almond milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, hemp seeds (listed as chia in instructions, assuming hemp seeds from ingredients), and collagen to a saucepan. Mix and bring to a boil, then turn the heat to low. Cover and simmer for approximately 15 minutes until all liquid is soaked up. Remove from heat and fluff up the quinoa. Add butter until melted. Cover and let it sit (no heat) for about 10 minutes. Place 1/2 cup cooked quinoa in a bowl and add your desired toppings! Drizzle extra maple syrup if you prefer it sweeter. You can also add milk to make it feel more like cereal. Enjoy!
